This semi-mud-quatic creature is the most popular pet in the kingdom. Frankly, it's so popular because of how easy it is to care for. If you've got a mud puddle then this guy is gonna thrive. It manages to get both its nutrition and hydration from the mud, so little Ecklebert's mom can't use the responsibility excuse to deny her son of a pet.
The hat (probably) won't come covered in mud, but it will have that worn-in look from day one. Even if you do have to clean off a bit of mud, you can look forward to it being soft, unstructured, and easy to wear with anything (mud has always been easy to wear with anything... fashionable? Maybe not, but easy). The Ranger Corp also want me to mention the adjustable back strap and a comfy cotton sweatband, which they seem to think is important.
